Request reason:

I need to edit en-wikipedia.I have good credit in zh-wikipedia you can trust me,and I also need my VPN to visit and edit Wikipedia.I promise I won't break anything 📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 07:14, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Until just three days ago, you were able to edit without problems. You may still be a candidate for WP:IPBE but need to explain what's changed. I also see you spent the time working on userpages rather than editing any articles. If you are to be a candidate for IPBE, you need to convince us you'd edit constructively instead of what you've been doing. Yamla (talk) 10:17, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

What's more, I need Ipexemptgrant, thanks 🙏 📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 07:18, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla: Thank you for replying my application.

The IP address that you are currently using has been blocked because it is believed to be a web host provider or colocation provider. To prevent abuse, web hosts and colocation providers may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You will not be able to edit Wikipedia using a web host or colocation provider because it hides your IP address, much like a proxy or VPN.We recommend that you attempt to use another connection to edit. For example, if you use a proxy or VPN to connect to the internet, turn it off when editing Wikipedia. If you edit using a mobile connection, try using a Wi-Fi connection, and vice versa. If you have a Wikipedia account, please log in. If you do not have any other way to edit Wikipedia, you will need to request an IP block exemption. If you are confident that you are not using a web host, you may appeal this block by adding the following text on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is _______. Place any further information here. 📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 11:41, 6 June 2022 (UTC)}}. You must fill in the blank with your IP address for this block to be investigated. Your IP address can be determined here. Alternatively, if you wish to keep your IP address private you can use the unblock ticket request system. There are several reasons you might be editing using the IP address of a web host or colocation provider (such as if you are using VPN software or a business network); please use this method of appeal only if you think your IP address is in fact not a web host or colocation provider.[reply]

This is what I see when I want to edit

I use VPN to edit Wikipedia. I've seen that even if I'm a global Ipexemptgrant,I may still get blocked. You are right.I did edit my user page these days. But the reason is that I want other know I really love English Wikipedia. What's more, I'm still a new hand at en-wikipedia and I'm still getting used to editing in English here. You've said that I need to do more meaningful contributions, but how can I do that under the block.--📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 11:48, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

oops, seems like nobody wants to unblock me 📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 01:01, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I just saw that even if I have global Ipexemptgrant, I may still get blocked here. Wondering why... 📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 01:02, 9 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Evesiesta Global IP block exemption only exempts you from global IP blocks, i.e. those placed by the stewards that apply to all wikis. Enwiki places a lot of local IP blocks on proxies, to get around those you need a local IP block exemption. 192.76.8.94 (talk) 22:33, 14 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I'm in China mainland and need to use mirror or VPN to edit En-Wikipedia. I admit that before I was mostly editing my user page .But now I often translate articles from en to zh . Sometimes after I translate it I find some references and want to add it to en Wikipedia but I just can't do this.Or just now I import a public domain picture from here to commons and when I want to add the template "{{now commons}}" the system told me that my ip has been blocked . It really influence me a lot. You can visit w:zh:Special:中央认证/Evesiesta I'm not a bad editor and I promise I won't break en Wikipedia only if my account was stolen spitefully. P.S. I can't use the ticket system to request for unblock .--📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 15:47, 16 January 2023 (UTC) [reply]

Decline reason:

You do state a case for IPBE. What I'm going to suggest, though, is that you follow the directions at WP:IPECPROXY to request it because unlike the old days admins are strongly discouraged from just doling it out. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:20, 17 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Besides I had been blocked before my first request. -📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 15:54, 16 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Daniel Case: Thanks a lot.I have read the article .Then what I should do is to send an email to one of the users listed in the VRT user list and tell them about my situation ? Can I use the function "Send email to this user" ? And in which site should I do this ? meta or some language? --📨TalkEvesiesta🖌️Sign 11:58, 17 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, the email function would have to be specifically blocked, and it isn't. Daniel Case (talk) 18:49, 17 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
