The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Be careful with Refill

Hello @FernCreekWiki. I am @Archer1234. I noticed that you have been helping to fill out bare URLs in many articles. That is much appreciated. However, please be aware that while Refill 2 is a powerful tool, it is also buggy. Sometimes the "filling" it does is poor; sometimes so poor that it actually makes the reference worse. For example, this edit to Roman Catholic Diocese of Bardstown results in a much poorer reference than what was already in the article. I took the liberty of reformatting the reference (and another one) using the appropriate 'cite' template (in this case {{cite encyclopedia}}), which captures the fullness of the references. You should go back through your previous edits and make sure that the resulting updates are good. You can read more about the limitations of Refill and other reference filling tools here: User:BrownHairedGirl/No-reflinks_websites#Reference-filling_tools. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am not the expert at these tools but have learned a lot about using them through first-hand experience. @FernCreekWiki, this is a reminder that you have to be careful when using Refill. This edit you made to Joker Marchant Stadium replaced a dead link with a link to a completely unrelated article. I don't know why theledger.com redirected the dead link to an unrelated article, but they are not alone in doing that. Many websites do that (although they usually just redirect to the sites main web page), so you MUST review every change that Refill suggests to see if there is an errant redirect happening. I have fixed the edit I identified above at Joker Marchant Stadium (along with some other miscellaneous edits as detailed in the edit summary), but, again, I remind you that you must be on the lookout for similar situations.
