I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Template:VV Brown. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. Waking Up in Vegas

Hi, the page you created has been moved to Waking Up in Vegas. Notice that when you create an article, you can simply write over the existing redirect and create the article in the correct title. You can do that by typing the name in the search box, and when you get redirected to One of the Boys (Katy Perry album), click on the link on the top that says "redirected from Waking Up in Vegas, and on that page use the "edit the page" button to edit the page and remove the redirect. That way, your article ends up in the correct title in the first place. Nice work on the article, btw :) Jafeluv (talk) 10:31, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
