President

[edit]

Hello, Wikipedia is not a dictionary. The page redirect is correct. An entire page on describing what a president is and does for that one specific country can be left on the list page itself. Sound good? I think it would be a good idea to write your article, and then bring it up on the articles talk page. --allthefoxes (Talk) 01:58, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

That is not to say the article shouldn't exist, but I don't think that a two sentence article would be better than the redirect. Try drafting the article first. --allthefoxes (Talk) 02:00, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Dominican Republic, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. General Ization Talk 02:41, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at President of the Dominican Republic, you may be blocked from editing. General Ization Talk 02:44, 3 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, List of salaries of central bank governors, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. Notice

The article List of salaries of central bank governors has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable, does not meet WP:LISTN

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —Gazoth (talk) 01:13, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
