License tagging for Image:Maciej.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Maciej.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Image copyright problem with Image:Lampe.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Lampe.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

Getty Images
[edit]Where exactly are you getting all these pictures? I was under the impression that Getty requires payment for use of their images. I'm reverting the addition of them from the articles for now. --Onorem 12:28, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
I'm in the process of tagging all the images you added as copyright violations. I'm reverting some of your text edits. Please do not post images you do not have the rights for. Please do not copy biography text from NBA.com player files. I wasn't able to find where you found the picture of Lampe Maciej, but I'm guessing you don't have the rights for that either. --Onorem 13:27, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
- I have finished tagging the rest:
- These images will be deleted in about one week if you can not provide accurate information about their copyright status. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask ask me, or to post to Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. ×Meegs 19:59, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with Image:Dwright1.JPG
[edit]Thank you for uploading Image:Dwright1.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Rettetast (talk) 10:32, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
License tagging for File:Eric Gordon.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Eric Gordon.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 17:06, 21 October 2010 (UTC)
