New page patrol and bitey-ness
[edit]Hi, I noticed you tagged STARLITE with a speedy deletion tag only one minute after it was created. While this looks like a valid tag, it's generally considered good etiquette to not tag articles that don't have a blatant issue (copyvio or attack page) for deletion within an hour of their creation, as this can feel very aggressive and drive away contributors. Additionally, new users are generally advised against participating in the new page patrol process - I'd recommend going through NPP school if you're interested in helping out, as we do need help - but NPP requires a decent amount of knowledge about Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
If you have any questions about any of this, feel free to ask me! Elli (talk | contribs) 07:16, 18 September 2021 (UTC)
- Thanks @Elli: I have read the policies thoroughly but may make some mistakes, in which case I appreciate feedbacks like yours. I’ll note this for the future. Happy editing!-- FOLKLORIA ☮ 17:24, 18 September 2021 (UTC)
