Please let me know what I'm doing wrong. I've noticed that you've reverted my changes after I've attempted to add the correct copyright info. I am the copyright holder of this photo. What do I need to do to prevent it from being deleted? thanks!

The problem is that the picture is clearly marked (c) 2006 fredericksburg.com which would imply that you are not the copyright holder of the photo. Also on the cc-by-sa licence that you were marking this as is incompatable with the clause you were adding that it is free for "Use for non-profit or educational use permitted with attribution", which would be a cc-by-nd-nc license which wikipedia treats the same as a fully copyrighted photo --T-rex 21:41, 12 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

T-rex, Thanks for your response. So am I correct that if I add the cc-by-nd-nc tag to the photo, instead of cc-by-sa, it will be allowed to stay? Also, do I need to send up a version of the photo without the (c) symbol? Do I need to verify that I am the copyright holder? How do I do that? Thanks again for your assistance.
