Welcome
[edit]Hello, FutureWigs and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students.
If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}}
before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.
Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.
Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}}
on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.
We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Dr Aaij (talk) 14:44, 3 June 2019 (UTC)

Draft notes
[edit]Hi! I wanted to give you some notes. My main notes concern sourcing - make sure that you're using the strongest possible sourcing and that everything is backed up with in-line citations. I would avoid using any sources like this. The reason like this is that this is an e-commerce site, so use of this can be seen as Wikipedia endorsing the site. There's also a question about who wrote the content and how reliable it would be, as we can't guarantee that they've had enough editorial oversight and verification to make it really trustworthy. Keep in mind that their main goal is to sell the reader their services, so they're not going to be a neutral source and they may sacrifice accuracy to make those services more appealing. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:37, 12 June 2019 (UTC)
- FutureWigs, I cannot find the review, which is due today. Surely it's not the short note you left on a Pokemon page. Dr Aaij (talk) 15:49, 14 June 2019 (UTC)
I'll let it stand, but Bandcamp is not a reliable source. Please find something that was published in a newspaper, magazine, or book... Dr Aaij (talk) 03:56, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
