WWI Coast Artillery units in France
This page and this one are back after several months hiatus. Much of Rootsweb was down due to response to a hacker attack. Anyway, these pages have more info on the CAC's heavy and railway artillery units in WWI than I've found anywhere else. The first page in particular gives a lineup of the CAC artillery regiments that served in France, though coverage of individual regiments varies considerably and much is personal recollections. As you've seen, many of the CAC regiments duplicated the numbers of field artillery regiments. "America's Munitions" does discuss the railway gun production issues, but not as concisely. ArbCom 2018 election voter message
Hello, Gaarmyvet. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Two coast artillery battalions
I've done one article and linked to another about coast artillery battalions whose function was similar to a regiment. I'm thinking these two battalions belong on the artillery formations template. These are the 27th Coast Artillery (United States) and 261st Coast Artillery (United States) (which is a redirect to 198th Signal Battalion (United States), which includes their lineage). The 27th was the sole Coast Artillery (HD) garrison of HD Bermuda 1942–44, and the 261st was the National Guard part of HD Delaware 1941–44. The 261st was notionally a regiment as of April 1940, but was reduced to a battalion on activation in January 1941. For the 27th, a 27th Artillery (CAC) regiment existed for two months at the tail end of WWI, and that would also go on the template if we want to include units with only a brief existence. Black Chamber (novel) moved to draftspace

I'm currently working on the page for the 11th Engineer Regiment in my sandbox. Histories about WWI are amazingly spare on what the guys behind the front lines did. April 2021 WikiProject Military History Reviewing Drive
Hey y'all, the April 2021 WikiProject Military History Reviewing Drive begins at 00:01 UTC on April 1, 2021 and runs through 23:59 UTC on April 31, 2021. Points can be earned through reviewing articles on the AutoCheck report, reviewing articles listed at WP:MILHIST/ASSESS, reviewing MILHIST-tagged articles at WP:GAN or WP:FAC, and reviewing articles submitted at WP:MILHIST/ACR. Service awards and barnstars are given for set points thresholds, and the top three finishers will receive further awards.
