Interview for The Signpost
This is being sent to you as a member of WikiProject Articles for creation
The WikiProject Report would like to focus on WikiProject Articles for creation for a Signpost article. This is an excellent opportunity to draw attention to your efforts and attract new members to the project. Would you be willing to participate in an interview? If so, here are the questions for the interview. Just add your response below each question and feel free to skip any questions that you don't feel comfortable answering. Multiple editors will have an opportunity to respond to the interview questions, so be sure to sign your answers. If you know anyone else who would like to participate in the interview, please share this with them. Thanks, Rcsprinter123 (chew) @ 21:05, 4 January 2015 (UTC)
DYK for Hush-A-Phone
On 15 January 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Hush-A-Phone, which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that AT&T once warned customers that using a privacy device called the Hush-A-Phone could result in termination of their telephone service? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Hush-A-Phone. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Your AE statement regarding Mike Searson
Hi, you wrote: "Mike Searson has a longstanding pattern of addressing other editors with hostility. His insults reference the gender, perceived sexual orientation, or perceived disability of his ideological opponents. Examples are numerous: referring to editors he disagrees with as an "aspie dogpile", referring to an editor he disagrees with as a cunt, referring to a female senator the same way, making comments about the intelligence of other editors, making comments that imply that editors who disagree with him are homosexual."
Can you please supplement your statement with diffs for all of these examples? This might be important for deciding whether and how to act in this case. Also, per WP:ASPERSIONS, if you make such accusations without providing evidence at the same time, you may yourself become subject to sanctions. Thanks, Sandstein 11:39, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
- All of those reference diffs that were listed above. I will explicitly copy the diffs to my statement.GabrielF (talk) 13:53, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
- Thank you! Sandstein 14:08, 23 January 2015 (UTC)
