Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1][2][3][4] MrOllie (talk) 13:00, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello MrOllie,
Thank you for your message and for highlighting the concerns regarding the external link I added. I understand Wikipedia's policies on external links and the importance of ensuring that all content and references contribute meaningfully to the article without serving promotional purposes. My intention was to provide a citation that I believed would offer additional information relevant to the content discussed. However, I recognize the importance of adhering strictly to Wikipedia's guidelines and appreciate your guidance on this matter.
I agree with the importance of maintaining the integrity of Wikipedia as an informative and unbiased resource. I will refrain from re-adding the link and will review the external links and spam guidelines more thoroughly to better understand what is considered appropriate. If I believe a link genuinely enhances the article's value by providing further information, I will bring it up for discussion on the associated talk page as suggested.
Thank you for your understanding and for ensuring the quality of Wikipedia's content.
Best regards, Garyrubbell (talk) 13:11, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You appear to still be adding the link. Seasider53 (talk) 10:38, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
