Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Media censorship and disinformation during 2013 protests in Turkey may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Turkey protests

[edit]

Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a reliable source It was "flag:Turkey" for many months before the change, and it's far more concise with other infoboxes around WP. The Madras (talk) 18:06, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Changing one thing in the infobox is not going to make it a terrible article. I also refer you to Islamist protests in Egypt (July 2013–present), 2012–13 Egyptian protests, 2004 al-Qamishli riots, 1999 Latakia protests amongst others which DO use flags for civil disputes. Plus the aforementioned Wikipedia is not a reliable source for your reasoning of NOT having flags. The Madras (talk) 18:22, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Because the 61st government of Turkey IS essentially Turkey. Needlessly over-wordy to say that. The Madras (talk) 18:27, 23 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I have proven that I am right in this matter and that Wikipedia has already stated that you are incorrect by using Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Please stop reverting to an incorrect edit. The Madras (talk) 20:10, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Media of Turkey

[edit]

The portion you removed from this article was well supported with references. If you remove it again, I'll make an "edit war" complaint about you. If you are uncomfortable about the added section, start a discussion on the article's talk page. Gezginrocker (talk) 20:50, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There are different references from at least different 5 media groups, including Bloomberg International. I warned you about not to edit war, but you didn't listen. Pro-AKP media is an undeniable truth of Turkey. Since you want it to be hidden, you are the one who is acting because of your political view. You may be an AKP supporter, but you can't hide the current situation of Turkish media. Gezginrocker (talk) 21:16, 20 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • If I would be AKP supporter, I would remove other information who aganist to AKP. 5 years old child can think harder than that. I can clearly understand that what you support by writing this "AKP supporter" to me. I will write this article from bonnet to heels.
Right now I will leave the protection as is. If the edit warring begins again then it can be reviewed. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Sunasuttuq 03:01, 22 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Foundation for Political, Economic and Social Research, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page CRI (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
