Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Saurabh Kumar Shah, from its old location at User:Giteshs78/Saurabh Kumar Shah (IPS). This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. A tag has been placed on Mahendra Kumar (magistrate), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, such as at Articles for Deletion. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discusion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for creating nonsense pages. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Katietalk 18:09, 13 August 2017 (UTC)

Final warning

After just deleting some of your reposts and then looking at your edits, I would have blocked you indefinitely. Since you’re already blocked for one week, I’ll just tell you that upon the expiration of your block, any problematic edits of any kind will subject you to an indefinite block from further editing. This is because as far as I can tell you have not made a single edit that was a positive for the project and your edits are wasting the time of numerous editors; that is:

This blocked user is asking that his block be reviewed on the Unblock Ticket Request System:

Request reason:

sorry please unblock my acc... i want to write a 1. Mahendra Kumar (magistrate)& 2. Saurabh Kumar Shah(Superintendent) articles.... please help me... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Giteshs78 (talkcontribs) date (UTC) 03:34, 17 August 2017 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Did you not read the final warning above, in particular the first and second points? It's quite obvious that you do not have the understanding or the proficiency in written English that is required to edit this encyclopedia productively. I agree with Fuhghettaboutit, and am going to extend your block to indefinite -- you should not be editing until and unless you fix these problems. MER-C 04:19, 17 August 2017 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

(Non-administrator comment) At the risk of piling on: The reasons for a block go deeper than mere language proficiency. You have shown no understanding of Wikipedia policies and procedures throughout your time here. This is not a crime for a brand-new user--we were all new once, and these policies can get very complicated. But over the course of these last few weeks, there has been no evidence that you have learned anything about what Wikipedia is and is not, about the rules, about the principles of collaboration upon which Wikipedia is built, and no understanding of the reasons why your articles get rejected and your other edits get reverted. And there is no indication that you're even trying to learn these things. These are the reasons why I agree that you should not be allowed to edit here at this time. An indefinite block does not necessarily mean a permanent block, but you're going to have to show that you've read the documentation and learned its lessons thoroughly before any reasonable admin will agree to an unblock. --Finngall talk 14:40, 17 August 2017 (UTC)

Please help me

heloo, dear User:KrakatoaKatie. delete my user or talk page please and tell me how to unsubscribe from wikipedia.. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Giteshs78 (talkcontribs) date (UTC) 06:40, 20 August 2017 (UTC)

If you want your user page deleted, just blank it. I believe you can do that even when blocked. No one is "subscribed" to Wikipedia. Accounts cannot be deleted ever, as your contributions now belong to Wikipedia and you irrevocably listened them to Wikipedia. That licence requires you be attributed for your contributions.
