Wikipedia is not for what you want to do
[edit]Mr Evans, I'm sorry, but what you want to do is not what Wikipedia is for. The business of an encyclopedia is to summarise material already published in reliable sources: one of Wikipedia's fundamental policies is that it publishes WP:No original research. Please read that policy carefully: note in particular the sentences: "If no reliable third-party sources can be found on a topic, Wikipedia should not have an article about it. If you discover something new, Wikipedia is not the place to premiere such a discovery."
I know that you have not attempted to post an actual article about your theory, but user-pages and sandboxes are not for material unconnected with the encyclopedia, see WP:FAKEARTICLE and WP:NOTWEBHOST.
You might consider Wikiversity, a sister Wikimedia project; I am not familiar with it, but according to its Wikipedia article Wikiversity it does host original research.
