Please help me with...

Sir or Ma'am, I am a 12 year Veteran. (USMC 1998-2010, OIF/OEF '03,'04,'05) I am now a business owner and I have a contract with the Veterans Administration(VA). My business provides non-medical, in-home care to elderly/wounded Veterans. The VA has not paid my contract in eight months. This has an enormous strain on my business and personal life. My business is one of hundreds dealing with this issue. I contacted Congressman McCarthy's office and had an appointment with his aide Monica Martin. Ms. Martin stated that she understood my business is under duress, but that my situation was a "drop in the bucket". She also stated, that in April, she would write a letter and send it to Congress. Ms. Martin seemed disconnected and uninterested in the situation.

After numerous attempts of contacting various people at The VA, Congressman McCarthy's office, and Washington DC, I have exhausted my efforts to have my contract honored and receive payments for services rendered. If I were to provide bad service to the elderly Veterans I take care of, the VA would fire me immediately.

Can you please bring this up as a topic on your program?

I'm sorry, but this isn't a program, it's a project to build an encyclopedia and there is nothing we can do to help you. You could ask at the WP:Reference desk whether they have any suggestions for who you could contact; but it sounds to me (knowing nothing about the American system) as though you need advice from a lawyer.
