Edits to the article Frank Habineza

I reverted (again) your changes to this article, for two reasons. First, any content in the encyclopedia should be backed up by reliable sources, preferably independent of the subject, and information from reliable independent sources should not be removed. Second, an encyclopedia article should give a balanced view of the subject. It should not read like a CV, strongly biased towards presenting the subject in the best possible light. There are other sites where it may be appropriate to post such a CV, but not Wikipedia. Before making further edits, please read Wikipedia:Five Pillars, which explains the basic principles.
