Cisgender

Your edit at Cisgender changed words in a quotation. Whether the idea expressed in the quotation is factually correct or not is irrelevant (and even if there are misspelled words or incorrect grammar—not the case here, however) you can't do that; quotations must be left as is. That's why your edit was reverted by another editor, as they explained in their edit summary. In this case, the wording also happened to be correct, the way it was; see Sex assignment.
