You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Todd Fuller. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Metros 22:11, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
The duration of the block is 24 hours. Here are the reverts in question. Nishkid64 (talk) 20:07, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

user Metros Deletes Valid Sources Info, Admin Nishkid64 sustained removal of truthful info
Decline reason:
You were warned of the 3 revert rule and that you can be blocked for edit warring, yet you continued to do it. When your block expires, you should discuss the info you want added and try to gain consensus. Also, your comment below is disturbing. Who are these sockpuppets? Are they your sockpuppets? — Mr.Z-man 06:02, 23 September 2007 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Mr.Z-Man: I had no idea what sock puppets are after reading the history. They are not mine. Sock puppets sounded like another user name to me. I am not that knowledgeable about the details of Wikipedia, all I am interested in is accuracy of articles. I still await for yourself, Metros, or Nishkid64, to add the reference to "Australia" in article Todd Fuller.
Here they are one more time: http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story/0,20867,20639595-2722,00.html http://www.smh.com.au/news/Sport/Price-blames-Heal-for-his-NBL-demise/2006/10/24/1161455703899.html
I am puzzled why Metros is so quick to delete information that is valid, but yet seems to have no care in the world about reinstating it after it is proven sourced. Why is that? And why does he receive no action for this, lack of action?? Hoopsworldscout 07:01, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
User METROS and Administrator NISHKID64 Preventing Valid and And Sourced Information from Appearing on Wikipedia Page Todd Fuller
[edit]User Metros has persistently been removing factual information from the biography of Todd Fuller, by direct edit, and/or edit reverting. He has done this against multiple user edits, such as from Hoopsworldscout, Wwfen980, and sockpuppets.
User Wwfen980 has restored a portion of the biography deleted by Metros and sustained by Administrator Nishkid64. Nishkid64 has blocked user Hoopsworldscout for the 3 revert rule, even though Hoopsworldscout has not violated this rule. Regardless, both Metros and Admin Nishkid64 are working together to keep truthful comments from Todd Fuller page.
Here is correct and factual information, clearly sourced, that has yet to be restored to Todd Fuller page:
Todd Fuller has been active in the Charlotte light rail and half cent tax for transit debate in Charlotte, NC, by serving as a volunteer with Sensible Charlotte Area Transportation, the referendum committee seeking to halt further rail construction by repealing the half cent tax in the November 2007 election.[1]].
Fuller has own research website established on the light rail and half cent sales tax in Mecklenburg County, NC after more than three months of research.[2] He is also a campaign chairman for the Mecklenburg County Young Republicans.[3]
Here is a citation reference for Todd Fuller playing in Poland: http://217.13.116.51/teams/teamCard.jsp?temporada=E04&id=SOP
Here is a reference, from the Spanish Basketball Federation (Federacion Espanola Balonesto - FEB) posted on Solobasket.com, in Spanish, clearly referencing Fuller's European career in bold text in the following locales: Greece (Apollon Patras), multiple teams in Spain (Manresa, Badalona, Tarragona), and Poland (Sopot): http://www.solobasket.com/contenido.php?id=9508
Pleae unblock hoopsworldscout, and remove administrative rights from Nishkid64 and editing rights from Metros for vandalizing and/or preventing truthful, and factual information from staying on Todd Fuller wiki page.
- You were reported at WP:AN/3RR by Metros. I was the admin handling the 3RR blocks, and the block against was justified. Please read policy, before making accusations like this. Also, you were given sufficient warning by Metros that you were in danger of being blocked for edit warring. Nishkid64 (talk) 17:13, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
And the policy says, and I quote, it is "rare" for an administrator to block a user for WP:AN/3RR without prior warning. I had no warning, nor was aware of the policy. And I see you are quick to punish me, with no warning, even though it is my very own life we are talking about in my biography, but, when I provide a valid source to Metros, he refuses to add it, as of the time of this writing. So, is there a punishment for refusing to add a valid source? Hoopsworldscout 05:08, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
- You were sufficiently warned. Just look at your user talk page. See http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Hoopsworldscout&diff=159483570&oldid=157403748 . You were warned that you were in danger of a 3RR block, nearly 24 hours before I actually blocked you for violating 3RR. Nishkid64 (talk) 11:57, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Charlotte, North Carolina
[edit]Concerning your edits to Charlotte, North Carolina. You've misread that report. It says compliance with air quality standards will improve if a plan is adopted. Nowhere does it say this is the climactic trend to be anticipated.--Loodog 03:22, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
That is incorrect. Contact Joel Schwartz, environmental engineer, who stated facts as I said on the page. He was on the radio here in Charlotte on 1110AM WBT discussing this:
Give him a call if you think I "misread" the report.
Also, look at bts.gov (the Bureau of Transportation Statistics). From 1990-2005 vehicle emissions have plummeted:
and for re-formulated gasoline and diesel... ditto:
Please don't delete this again
LYNX Edits
[edit]I am not going to get into an edit war over this, but I would respectfully ask a couple of things of you:
1. Please do not use blogs such as http://www.mecklenburgtransit.com as a source. If the blog references a more reliable source, then go there and cite that.
2. When you reference something, please use the same format already utilized for the rest of the article so that they don't appear as ugly URL's. I did have all of the sources you reverted, with the exception of the mecklenburgtransit.com and John Locke, properly formatted. If you insist on inserting them, please at least take the time to properly do that.
Personally, I do not think mecklenburgtransit.com and John Locke are appropriate sources, but I'll let peer review determine what is and what is not a proper source.
Like I have already said, I started the controversy section, and it should be noted. However, it is only a small part of the whole story. Patriarca12 02:41, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
Ok, I will remove Mecklenburgtransit.com because that is nothing more than a repository of other sources for the most part, and those can be directly linked as you said. However, the John Locke Foundation is an independent think-tank.
- Stop changing the formatting of the citations. Please follow the proper formatting instead of just simply citing the URLs. Please use the formatting for sources that is used throughout the rest of the article. Metros 03:08, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
OK, I will use ref command throughout article. Hoopsworldscout 03:10, 4 October 2007 (UTC)
- I just wanted to let you know that the John Locke reference in the article, was leading to a dead link for me, so I removed it. If you can find an active one, feel free to reinsert it as I am not going to argue over it. But if you do, PLEASE do not revert the page as I have reformatted all of the references you added to the same standard used for the remainder of the article. Please use the existing format, or re-add it and I will correct it Patriarca12 20:28, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
Ok, I re-added a different source that cites Dr. Hartgen and added it according to the existing format. I deleted an additional phrase with unreferenced, and unclear, claim that addressing road congestion areas (intersections I assume - and key roads) will not be aided. All other changes that you have made look good to me. Hoopsworldscout 04:52, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
POV edits
[edit]I've removed part of your edits to the various transit related articles tonight based on neutral point of view concerns. The way you worded it seemed heavily against those who fought to keep it while championing those who scrapped it out to raise as much as they could individually. The edits I made still keep the basically factual information while maintaining the proper balance needed. Thanks, Metros 04:38, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
Metros, I re-added some of the specifics of the article, about huge corporate donations to transit tax campaign.Hoopsworldscout 17:08, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
