Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the 
button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.
To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put

So how does one correct incorrect grammar?

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to The Star-Spangled Banner, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. I didn't know that correcting grammar was something we were not supposed to do. All I did was move commas or periods inside quotation marks where the belong. I did nothing else. So please let me know what else I am doing wrong. Thank you.
- Please see above. As explained at MOS:LQ (which was called to your attention twice above), under the logical quotation style commas and period do not always belong inside punctuation marks. And as I explained, you should not "correct" other editors' comments on Talk pages, even if you object to their spelling, grammar or other aspects of their comments. The last warning had to do with your removal of large quantities of content from The Star-Spangled Banner, which has nothing to do with "correcting grammar". In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted.
