Fargo Records moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Fargo Records, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Lauren Hoffman Comment

[edit]

Hi,

Can you please explain why you reverted my edits on Lauren Hoffman? The edits performed are in line with Wikipedia:MOS in which duplicated references use short names and all references come after punctuation. You also did not leave a valid reason as to why you undid this and left the default which does not show any reason why.

Thanks, Bakertheacre Chat/My Contibutions 19:02, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the edits violate good faith toward the contributions of other editors, and can be considered vandalism or excessive or unnecessary. As an editor I try not to detract from others, especially if the sources are solid. We must also be neutral as editors. I'll refrain from posting a warning on your talk page, since were talking now. So, I'll show a page where you can look at some of the rules in regard to a situation like this. As editors, it is best to talk before flagging such things or posting such warnings. We as editors can inform one another and fairly share contribution without major edits of relevant contribs. See this: https://www.limswiki.org/index.php/LIMSWiki:Vandalism Anon-Nyctophilia (talk) 19:16, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I should have left a reason. Thanks for all that info. Kindly make your edits in regard to that punctuation and source material without deleting relevant sourced content that others including myself have contributed. E.g. "Hoffman majored in Dance Choreography," etc., was a sourced edit, and we must avoid personal opinions and remain non-objective. Anon-Nyctophilia (talk) 19:21, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wait. I see what you did. I confused your edit with another. My mistake, carry on.Disregard that. Anon-Nyctophilia (talk) 19:35, 5 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
