This mostly looks good but I can't verify the part about the origin. The top Google hit for '"Jo McKillop" broken arm' is a mirror of this draft and none of the other 18 seem to involve a broken arm. Especially because Jo is a living person, anything like that that can't be verified can't stay unless a source is found for it. I'm sorry that it's taken so long for your submission to be reviewed; there's still a very long backlog.

Just to add to my note on your draft, given your username I thought I should point you towards this guideline. The article isn't a biography, of course, but the principle behind it is worth being aware of.
