Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is not sure.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. You forgot to tell us your IP address so we can't investigate your claim. You can find this using WhatIsMyIP. If you don't wish to provide this publicly, you may use WP:UTRS to provide the IP address privately. Yamla (talk) 11:53, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Huh. That's actually one of my blocks. Well, I'll just leave a note here that your current IP is allocated to Custodian Datacenters. It's also being used by residential proxies and is on The Spamhaus Project's spam blacklist. That's three strikes, which is usually enough to get me to do a long hard block. If you're using a VPN service, you should disable it. If you're using not using a VPN, you should probably mention how you're currently accessing the internet. For example, are you editing from something like an airport? Or maybe a library? I guess those places could route their traffic through a colocation centre. Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Lirak Hasani article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 18:10, 3 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
