Hi! I just thought I'd explain what that "when" template means. It is not disputing that the school was renamed (the citation provided contained the fact that it was renamed). If being renamed was being questioned, you would have seen "citation needed" or "dubious" displayed . What it is doing is asking for a more precise date than what is provided ("later" being rather vague). So, unless you can find the date, you need to leave the "when" in place in the hope someone can tell us. But the citation you provided was useful nonetheless but better placed at the end of the sentence. If you need help, please do not hesitate to ask me. Kerry (talk) 02:22, 7 March 2022 (UTC)
