Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:BIOCELL

A tag has been placed on Draft:BIOCELL requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.techscience.com/biocell/body.php?type=aims_scope. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Please see WP:NJournals. In addition, my Norton blocks techscience.com as a dangerous attack page. And finally, this is written like an add (and possible copyvio, as it may be copied from the journal's homepage -which I cannot see, see previous point).
