Speedy deletion of How to prevent mold

A tag has been placed on How to prevent mold, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Wikipedia is not a how-to manual

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to How to prevent mold. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. How-to

I have already given you a link explaining why Wikipedia is not a how-to manual; since you apparently didn't read it then, I suggest you take the time to read it now before escalating this discussion.

The decision about what Wikipedia is and what Wikipedia is not isn't my decision; it's been decided by the community over many years of editing. If you have a problem with it, I'm not the person you should be talking to, since I don't make Wikipedia policy.
