Smithsonian Institution Archives Edit-a-Thon and Meetup![edit]

Who should come? You should. Really.
She Blinded Me with Science: Smithsonian Women in Science Edit-a-Thon will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012 at the Smithsonian Archives in Washington, D.C. This edit-a-thon will focus on improving and writing Wikipedia content about women from the Smithsonian who contributed to the sciences. It will be followed by a happy hour meetup! We look forward to seeing you there!

...and if you do not live in the Washington, D.C. area, please forgive the intrusion and you can delete this invite! Sarah (talk) 04:49, 8 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia Assignment[edit]

Hey Jess! I just wanted to check in and see how things were going with your Wikipedia project. I noticed that you've made a few small additions to the Social information processing (theory) article, but not really any major revisions. Anyways, I know the midterm is due in a couple weeks and just wanted to make sure you were on track and had everything you needed to get this done! Let me know if I can help with anything, including technical issues or just some general review/feedback about what you're working on. MyNameWasTaken (talk) 04:22, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Ben! I added a few pieces to make sure I was OK with adding content/to see if I got any feedback but otherwise I've been in research mode since a lot of great content is on here already. I want to add something new/worthwhile and a true summary of current/past research..so a bit time consuming. Hope to have some more content up on Friday. Thanks for checking in! 108.28.83.48 (talk) 14:09, 21 March 2012 (UTC) Woops - forgot to sign in before! Js967 (talk) 14:22, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

social information processing[edit]

Hi! I see your interaction with Ben and that you are developing some additional content offline...remember that you can connect to other pages within Wikipedia as well as add references...this is a pretty well cited theory so it might be easiest to develop ways that the research has been used...Walther might have some helpful links on his website. Thanks!! Turnj (talk) 12:48, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your article submission BroadSoft[edit]

Hello Js967. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled BroadSoft.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note, however, that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/BroadSoft}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 14:03, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
