Konrad Haase moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Konrad Haase, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~StyyxTalk? 18:39, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

AfC notification: Draft:Konrad Haase has a new comment[edit]

I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Konrad Haase. Thanks! asilvering (talk) 20:25, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi asilvering,
Not quite sure what you mean by your comment on the Konrad Haase draft. There is no cut-and-pasting involved. All of this information is written originally by me using the sources referenced. If you mean the template/format I used (which I don't think you do), I took that from another short Wehrmacht general biography, whose name I cannot recall. AfC review of Draft:Konrad Haase[edit]

Hey there Jturtle, I hope all is well. I am currently reviewing your draft at Konrad Haase and I will do my best to see it through to completion. I was wondering if you might be able to provide some extra references for some specific sections.

While I am trying access to source 2 using the Resource Exchange, as far as I can tell, source 3 doesn't actually mention Haase by name. This means that the following section is not adequately sourced:

After his success in defeating Operation Jubilee during the Dieppe raid, Haase was congratulated in person by OB West, Field Marshal Gerd von Rundstedt and awarded a clasp to his Iron Cross 1st Class. When 302nd Division was upgraded and moved to the Eastern front, Haase was removed from command and spent the rest of the war in staff positions in the Soviet Union, France and Italy.

If you could provide an additional source for this section, please do so. If this information is covered in source 2, please add another footnote here to indicate this.

Additionally, it seems you revised the birth and death dates a while back. Might you be so kind as to let me know where you found that information?

I think this article likely meets our notability guidelines, so all I want to do is help make sure that all the facts are adequately referenced so that this can be published. I don't intend for this to be difficult or frustrating, so please let me know if you have any questions. Best, Toadspike (talk) 03:48, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
