The article World Horizons Missions Organization has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No independent sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Showing notability[edit]

Hi, I looked at the article above, but could not find a way to rescue it. What it needs is coverage of World Horizons in independent sources. See WP:IRS. If Christianity Magazine or denominational mags have published features about the organisation, they would fit the bill. If you can provide links to these, drop me a line and I will un-delete the page (if necessary) and format the citations properly. – Fayenatic London 13:09, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the help! I have several links to news articles that mention the World Horizons US director, as well as blogs of people affiliated with and working for the organization. I will send them to you if you think those would be sufficient? Kai Troy (talk) 14:24, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Sadly not, I think. WP:ORG is the guideline for notability in the case of organisations. I've come across World Horizons and respect their work, but unless we can find coverage in sources as indicated above, they don't tick the boxes at the moment to have an article here. – Fayenatic London 18:49, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
All right! I will continue to scour the internet and get back to you. Thanks! Kai Troy (talk) 20:37, 9 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I have found several more links that show notability for World Horizons that meet the criteria. How can I send them to you and get the page restored? Kai Troy (talk) 16:05, 16 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I undeleted the page and moved it to your user space as User:Kai Troy/World Horizons. – Fayenatic London 16:38, 19 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, User:Kai Troy/World Horizons[edit]

Hello Kai Troy. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "World Horizons".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|User:Kai Troy/World Horizons}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 20:36, 9 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
