Request reason:

I reviewed the comment made by the Editor in the article talk space and I completely disagree with the subjectivity of the opinion. (1) The use of the word "likely" from the same person does not come with evidence to support his claim and (2) "yet another unremarkable startup" is a personal opinion and should not be a criterion for judging the work of others - considering the company was featured by the Washington Business Journal, Direct Primary Care Journal, and HLTH - the largest healthcare innovation conference in the U.S. Khangv (talk) 16:54, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. 331dot (talk) 19:56, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am contesting this block because the Editor who blocked me did not do so according to Wikipedia standards and policies. I am contesting this block because "the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia". The article I contributed was in fully compliant WP:NCORP, WP:CORPDEPTH. The editor stated his personal opinion without counter-arguing against the points provided by other contributors. Secondly, his use of "yet another unremarkable startup" could be considered defamation of corporations and partnerships under U.S. laws. Khangv (talk) 20:04, 17 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on MIRA (digital health company) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/mira-and-the-urgent-care-association-to-enter-into-a-strategic-partnership-1028586687. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
