Independence referendums

Please stop adding referendums that were not independence referendums to the list (i.e. the Soviet one). If you really think it should be added, then please start a discussion at Talk:Independence referendum and seek consensus for adding it. Having myself complained of KingQueenJack's edits before, this edit I would say was in good faith. As Václav Havel was born in the First Czechoslovak Republic, similarly when Kersti Kaljulaid was born the state at the time was very arguably the soviet republic. If you have allowed other people access to your account then it can never be unblocked. Normally I would suggest creating a new account, but due to the other problems with your behaviour - which you still have not addressed - that is not an option for you. Since your account is compromised, we cannot be sure whether we are talking to the original owner of the account or to another person, and for that reason I have removed your access to edit this talkpage.
