Protect and delete

Your guess was right: they're at the top of the page. For example, I've got these tabs at the top of my talk page:

(user page) (discussion) (edit this page) (+) (history) (protect) (delete) (move) (unwatch).

Need a little bit of help

I am new and though I am reading the manual, I don't find the answer yet to something and I am afraid someone who is using Wikipedia as a Chavez PR machine is going to delete an article I am creating before I manage to put it 100% perfect. The article is maletagate, a current scandal shaking Argentina and Venezuela. Could you please indicate me with one single example the code I need to put to connect the links as in-text citations? Like: Uberti dismissed. How to put that link as internal to what is below? (where I did put my sources

I am afraid that person who commented the article is consistently attacking any comment I have created different articles on science, history, etc, in German, English, Spanish and French.

I have been checking there are a lot of pro-Chavez people consistently blocking any change to their positive remarks about Chavez. Wikipedia needs to be neutral, really neutral.

I'm not Riana or DarkFalls, but I think I can help. :)

If you look at User:Springeragh/monobook.css, you will see the code for my "You have new messages" bar. My background is purple ^#800080 (the same as the background of my signature), the text is light grey ^#C0C0C0, and the links are white ^#FFFFFF. Since I am not you and I am not an administrator, I cannot edit your monobook.css, so I can't do it for you, but you can click "view source" on mine—I think only an administrator or you can edit your monobook.css and monobook.js—and copy+paste it into yours. I saw that you had mentioned being able to make a layout for my profile page. Does that offer still stand? I know that you asked about what color I wanted; pink would be great.
