If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Finger monkey wire requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Ben Ben (talk) 15:14, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your feedback

[edit]

As has been pointed out on yout talk-page, the article(s) did not establish the notability of the subject. In Wikipedia, something is (generally speaking) notable, if the topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject and is then presumed to satisfy the inclusion criteria for a stand-alone article. See WP:Yourfirstarticle for more help. Insofar I concur with the deletion(s).

You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.

Thank you.

The article Finger Monkey Wire has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 17:51, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your article

[edit]

I saw your post on help desk about your article. Please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and the content suitable for it has to be notable in some way. If the website that is the subject of your article belongs to you, please note our conflict of interest policies. Also note that creating a Wikipedia article and linking it to your website will not increase your website's page ranking either as Wikipedia uses WP:NOFOLLOW. To be notable the website has to be covered in some news articles, books or other third party reliable sources. If such is not the case, your article will get deleted when you move it to article space.. so you can spend your time better on creating an article about something that is notable or improving an existing article. You can also ask for help at Wikiproject Pakistan. If your website is not notable yet but you think it will be in future, some one will eventually create an article for it then. Leave a note on my talk page if you want further help. --lTopGunl (talk) 19:57, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
