Information icon Hello, I'm Dawn Bard. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Darius I because it did not appear constructive. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Dawn Bard (talk) 18:18, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, and no mistake here. Just correcting an error.Klax44 (talk) 18:24, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No, you were making unsourced changes against consensus. And now you are engaging in an edit war. Please stop. Dawn Bard (talk) 18:28, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Please read the discussion on the Darius the Great article. Basically a bunch of people decided to gang up and "Vote" to have the name of the article changed to "Darius I" from Darius the Great. This is not an election or a popularity contest. All articles in wikipedia are based on sources; Take a moment and think about how silly it is for an editor to start a voting topic on something he has no knowledge of and then have his friends vote on it and then call it a "consensus" and a "good reason" to rewrite history.Klax44 (talk) 18:31, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  - Barek (talkcontribs) - 18:40, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I was not 'edit warring' by Wikipedia's definition. This admin Barek is retaliating against me because I criticized his lack of attention to detail when I put in a request for a Move. Other than that, Simply clicked on the "undo" button in the Darius the Great article because another editor reverted my changes with no reasons stated!Klax44 (talk) 18:45, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

No, you were edit warring. Quite unambiguously. --jpgordon::==( o ) 19:40, 15 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

And you haven't impressed me by calling my edit vandalism. Start a new discussion basing your arguments on WP:TITLE. Dougweller (talk) 20:43, 16 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
