- Sorry but, I didn't want to write promotional article, rather, informational about this center, but, also i didn't read help section how to write for wikipedia, and that is my mistake. I would like to write about this topic in more neutral and informational manner, if i may...but i dont know now, how to do that...explanation on wikipedia i finf very confusind...can someone please help me. - I'm not here to help you write an article that complies with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If I were you, I'd spend some time learning how to edit existing articles at Wikipedia before you attempt to draft a new article. There are links below to help you. You can also ask questions at the WP:Teahouse. If at some time in the future, you believe you're better able to draft a new page, please use draft space rather than your user space to do so.
