Dear Liz, Thank you for notifying me regarding my draft. I am sorry that I was unable to act according to the Wikipedia policy. I tried to publish the article few times but I didn't pass the approval. I tried to fix the issues but the result was the same every time. I looked unsuccessfully for someone to help me with the article.I really couldn't understand what exactly was the problem with the cities. After that i had some personal issues and I forgot completely for the article. I hope I will manage to retrieve it because the person in the article is very dear to me. If you receive this response, please contact with some guidance how to solve the issues and to publish it. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards Kostadin Ruychev
