My friend, your "work in progress" was not only incomprehensible but a blatant advertisement as well for a non-notable company. Before attempting to recreate the article, please read WP:NOT and WP:CORP. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:23, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
- Hi again. I just told you; please review my last comment. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:24, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Microsoft is a gigantic company with an article which does not promote the company but which instead discusses its history. It is among the most notable corporations of any kind in history and is therefore deserving of an article. Once more, I would suggest you read the links I provided. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but I have no idea what that means. If the company is notable, it should have some verifiable third-party references either in print or online. If that's the case and you can cite the references, an article should be OK. That's the best advice I can give you. PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:34, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 23:28, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of SBoost
[edit]A tag has been placed on SBoost, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. [edit]Please check the criteria for Wikipedia:Notability. If the subject cannot meet these, it cannot have an article. Deb (talk) 20:34, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
