You need to remove ALL external links from the body of the article before it will get any consideration whatsoever. See WP:EL. They're really obnoxious and make the whole article looks like an exercise in advertising.

The list of major works is ridiculously long yet tells us nothing at all. I recommend removing the section entirely. Ditto the public service, ditto the awards, which have already been discussed in the body text.

This is the problem with COI editing. You're not here to build the encyclopedia. You're here to big-up the subject. The result is a really sucky Hello! Magazine style article.

Mark Allen Tate's page was modeled after those of Rick Joy and Al Beadle (who are his peers).

Mark Allen Tate's page includes 14 independent, reliable source references. Forgive me, but I am unclear as to why Al Beadle only needs 1 to justify inclusion? Appreciate your insight.
