Please be careful in your editing

[edit]

Hello! I wanted to alert you that a report was made against you regarding edits that were construed as being vandalism: [1]. I am going to assume good faith, based on your comments on the reporting editor's page, that you were unaware that your editing was being perceived in this manner. I would ask if you could please exercise a bit more caution and patience in your editing, otherwise your account may be blocked. If you have any questions, feel free to call on me. Thanks! I notice that the editor who gave the first vandalism warning removed all the warnings with an edit summary "user was not vandalizing". I hope you also get an explanation. You were certainly wrong in at least one thing: by persistently reasserting your edits you came close to violating Wikipedia's policy against edit warring; see WP:3RR. When you get reverted multiple times, you should turn to talking rather than repeating the same edit−even if you are "right." —teb728 t c 07:35, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

Thanks for your edits to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation and I'm sorry you got a hard time about it. You were certainly in the right as far as I can tell. Cheers — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 11:02, 5 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
