Hi, welcome to Wikipedia. I notice you're creating a lot of finance related articles... you might consider checking the articles we already have, such as Tax lien or Mortgage, and see if what you're talking about is covered there first. If not, it's generally much more useful to add information to an established article than to start a new one, which should only be done when a main article is getting too large or too diverse in topics. Thanks. --W.marsh 17:54, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
Wikify
[edit]You removed the wikify tag from Cash out refinancing saying the content was original. Please read the tag more closely. The concern is the formatting of the article. It needs internal links and stuff to conform to house style.
Also, the article is now up for deletion. Please see the article for details. NickelShoe (Talk) 16:49, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Credit fixing
[edit]I have nominated Credit fixing, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Credit fixing. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Guy (Help!) 23:14, 25 July 2008 (UTC)
