Discretionary sanctions alert - gender and sexuality
This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in gender-related disputes or controversies or in people associated with them. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}}
on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Keffals
Hello :D
Here's an article talking about the video evidence:
Would u mind rewriting that part as my battery's on 3%? Stephanie921 (talk) 11:01, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Stephanie921 Sure! It might take a while since I need to check the source, but I'll update you. LightNightLights (talk) 11:04, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Stephanie921 Unluckily, I have to slightly modify the text that you proposed, from
toA month later, she called attention to a VOD of another trans Twitch streamer who was visited by Tennessee police who claimed to be giving her a wellness check but placed her into foster care instead.
A month later, she called attention to a VOD of a 16-year-old trans Twitch streamer who was visited by Tennessee police who was taken into foster care after police conducted a wellness check.
- The Advocate article that you gave (and a Vice/Motherboard article that is linked in it) mentions that police visited twice, the first for a wellness check and the second to watch her get taken into foster care. I'm not too sure how to incorporate the details about her situation into the article since Keffals is its main subject, but I wouldn't be opposed to slightly expanding on them (considering that that aside from TheGamer, Vice also linked Keffals's tweet slightly detailing the situation, with details about her truancy and the first police visit, so one could say that Keffals has some connection to the situation). If you have no problems with the modification of your proposal, I can add that for now without future opposition to expanding on the details about the trans streamer's situation. LightNightLights (talk) 12:01, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
Would u mind if - before u added anything - we worked together to figure out the best wording? Stephanie921 (talk) 12:12, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Stephanie921 Sure, I have no problem. I'd like to hear what the wording should be. LightNightLights (talk) 12:14, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Stephanie921 Are there any updates for this? If not, I think the modified version can be placed in the article for now without me opposing any changes in the future like minor rewordings and, as before, slight expansion of the details of the streamer's situation. LightNightLights (talk) 12:14, 19 July 2022 (UTC)
- I'm sorry I haven't got back to you - I'll update you in a couple of hours Stephanie921 (talk) 13:34, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
- Pinging @PurpleTurdle here since they modified the statement about the trans streamer being dragged into foster care, and they might want to discuss their opinion on how to word the statement. In retrospect, this might've been better started at Talk:Keffals, but I don't know the procedure of switching venues of discussion. LightNightLights (talk) 06:41, 23 July 2022 (UTC)
QINQ shortcut
Hey. I've seen a couple of your edits pop up on my watchlist, with a redlink to WP:QINQ. I'm just curious what that link should be to? Is it MOS:QINQ? Sideswipe9th (talk) 22:12, 17 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Sideswipe9th I do mean MOS:QINQ; I didn't even realize I was linking WP instead of MOS. Thanks for pointing that out! LightNightLights (talk) 22:15, 17 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Sideswipe9th If I may ask, is there a guideline for/against redirecting MOS shortcuts from WP shortcuts (in this case, WP:QINQ [a redlink, as of writing] -> MOS:QINQ)? LightNightLights (talk) 06:38, 18 August 2022 (UTC)
- Not that I'm aware of, though it might be better to ask at the help desk just encase there is and I don't know. Sideswipe9th (talk) 18:43, 18 August 2022 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 11
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited LGBT grooming conspiracy theory, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New York. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:01, 11 October 2022 (UTC)

Endorsements
Add The Calvin Coolidge Project endorsement back under Trump 2024. He is a major player over on Twitter Luke Stockstill (talk) 05:43, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
- @Luke Stockstill I apologize, but I haven't edited any Trump 2024 article. Looking at your user contributions, it seems that you are editing 2024 Republican Party presidential primaries § Endorsements. Your addition seems to have been removed under the reasoning that you didn't cite a source. You can try re-adding the entry with a source (using {{Cite tweet}}) and see if it stays in the article (there might be another reason that your entry gets removed, such as not enough notability).
