Deletion discussion about Donald C. Chang

Copyvio and Notabitily
[edit]Hi @Littleflyingdog: I see that the content you have put into the article has been scanned by [1] which is a copyright violation detector. It has found via [2] that shows it is 73.8%, a probability figure. So unfortunately I need to revert some of your edits until no copyvio left. - Best idea is to rewrite it. It is excellent content but it is copyright and cant be used. Please rewrite. I will need to take all of it out. The Afd can be closed. I think he is notable with sufficient h-index. It needs an excellent article. scope_creepTalk 20:07, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
