Jacquelyn Esho (born Jacquelyn Oluwabunmi Esho; 4 June 1993),[1][2][3] is a Travel and Tourism enthusiast and the Creator and Founder of Motherland Entertainment #London2Lagos [2]

Education[edit]

Esho attended Kelvin Grove Primary school then continued on to secondary school at Sydenham High [4] Esho graduated from The University of Arts London in June 2014 with a degree in Interior Design, She interned at BPTW Partnership a well known private Architect firm in Greenwich London .[4][4] Although she is currently pursuing a PHD in International Business and Tourism.[4][5]

Career[edit]

The Young Entrepreneur began her career as a junior Art teacher at the age of 16, Working after school and weekends at the Blackheath Art Studio. [6][7]Jacquelyn's interest in the Hospitality and Tourism industry began in

2012,she worked in Maryleborn at The Great Cumberland Hotel and later at The Shard London.[7]

In 2015, Jacquelyn launched the Company Motherland Events also known as #London2Lagos, which was the start of History for the Tourism Industry in Nigeria .[6]

That same year (2015), she was commissioned by Jonal Hospitality for the first ever Nigerian Hotel And Tourism Investment Conference held at the Intercontinental Hotel with a panel speech among Michael Cooper Vice President Hilton world wide and Vice President Rezidor.[8] Jacquelyn has become a strong icon in the Tourism industry in Nigeria with offered roles as a Tourism Ambassador.[8]


Jacquelyn Esho began her move to Nigeria in 2015 [7][8] and registered for the NYSC program in October 2015 .[7][8]

She has worked on various projects in Nigeria like the renovation of the popular Night club "Escape" in Victoria Island Lagos, Nigeria [9] Esho worked briefly at DOII Interiors in Ajose Adegunle Victoria Island as part of her Youth call , she has plans to open her own Interior Design firm in Victoria Island Lagos .[7]

In 2015, she was featured in "Tribune Newspaper" and "The Nation" as One Of the Nations Brightest Entrepreneurs.[7][8]

Motherland Entertainment "#London2Lagos" specializes in the development of Travel and Tourism in Nigeria, featured in "Move back to Nigeria" , "Nigerian Networking Community" "360" and many more well known publications in Nigeria [8]
