I have contributed so many resources and I see the plus marks shows in user contribution page. If there is any editing mistakes I'd like to fix that mistakes. Dear Dlohcierekim

As I understand the reason for block is this user account related to another block user account. There is no doubt that is true. Our purpose is very clear, there is nothing to hide. The purpose of adding links - as a reputed free horse racing data provider for last few decades we have shared lack of information all over the world. There are lot of evidences you can find from,the link I have mentioned below. Also you can find so many Wikipedia links we gain from users added on their own preference (mostly are dead links now). Now we have redesigned our web site and we are trying to share these information all over the world. As a part of that we trying to contribute some information to Wikipedia. The process of adding links we don't expect any traffic or SEO values as,We aware

Those links are nofollow links and there is no SEO value and we don't expect any SEO value
We don't expect any traffic from Wikipedia as we already have nearly 1 million traffic, and more than 1 million web pages

The clear purpose of adding links - To contribute valuable information to horse racing sector and Wikipedia is a good place to do that.

So we have created user account which you mentioned as a block user account with domain name. Then we got alert that user name cant have domain name. Then we have created new user account and started adding reference links. Again we have blocked and asked for reason why Wikipedia should accept these links. So we have clearly provided a reason why Wikipedia should have our links. Then admin pointed out a another reason users cant represent their own web site. So we have questioned him , then how other links on that pages represent their domain name. After that we never got reply from admin.
Then we created this user account and start contributions.I don't believe being genuine is crime. That's why we use same ip address related to previous user account.

I have two questions for you.

If you are a user and I'm the admin, what would you do if you want to contribute something and I have blocked you for some reason and I didn't answer your question when we had a decent discussion ?
If the user cant represent domain how 90% reference links represent their domain name added tons of links ?

As you said if I violated all the policies you mentioned , how the other links on that pages has tons of links with domain represent users. So all your policies only effecting to us ? What kind of logic is that? Even a child can understand your childish logic. I have clearly explained and asked two questions. Not any admin answer my questions and saying I have violate, There is no doubt. Then I have a another question - How Wikipedia has tons of links with domain represent user name ? Are they not violated policies you mentioned? If you are not a child admin you must answer this.
