[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Snoh Aalegra into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. —Alalch E. 23:07, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
- The references were also broken due to the citation templates being located elsewhere in the source article's wikitext, so you only copied the ref tags, without the actual references. —Alalch E. 23:09, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
I moved Yendry back to article space since it's too old to move to draft space without a discussion (see WP:DRAFTIFY) and the subject of the article seems pretty notable and I don't see any glaring problems with the article as written. In the edit summary on moving it you said "The artist asked to put on hold the page for now"; that isn't directly up to the artist and I'm not sure if that means you are representing or are otherwise connected? If so, please read Wikipedia:Conflict of interest.
Wikipedia can take the concerns of the subject of an article into account but ultimately it's the communities article and not Yendry's personal website/page. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, for example, if you think there are policy-based reasons to move it to draft space or otherwise delete it (it seems unlikely to me). Or consider using the article's talk page to discuss/propose improvements/changes. Thanks! Skynxnex (talk) 18:10, 8 November 2023 (UTC)
