I am mean as a snake...Sometimes. This old gal has been around the world and back and I ain't talking about just traveling. I just started editing Wikipedia pages and am working on making sure certain pages have factual and up to date information. If you want to say something then say it otherwise, get the heck out of my way.

Hello, I'm MrX. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Sasha Stone, but that you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. – MrX 21:06, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sasha Stone[edit]

I deleted your additions as they are unsourced website statistics that are irrelevant to the biography of the subject. Regards. Googooboo1387 (talk) 21:09, 6 September 2012 (UTC) Googooboo1387 (talk) 21:09, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

They are not unsourced and they are relevant. What facts do you have to back up that the site is popular?? I backed up that its not that popular with clear statistics from a reputable source. If you feel they are irelevant then please back up your clain as to how the awards daily website is popular. According to the traffic dat its not popular. mamawarbucks (talk) 21:09, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I never wrote that the site was popular (although it is, given the subject's standing among her film blogger/journalist peers). However, one can easily remove that claim without unnecessarily adding in a litany of statistics which provide marginal (if any) value to what is meant to be a biographical article. Googooboo1387 (talk) 21:17, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have any proof that it is popular other than industry peers? They all claim they are popular. Its their business to say so. Its not a popular site. Its actually one of the lowest ranking ones according to the data. mamawarbucks (talk)

Again, if you have an issue with the claim, simply delete it. It is unnecessary to cite and add your interpretation of web traffic statistics, which claims a lot of real estate in a biography of a living person. Googooboo1387 (talk) 21:38, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at Sasha Stone shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. Please use the article's talk to discuss contentious edits with other editorsMrX 22:38, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
