The draft reads as promotional. You will need to write with a more neutral tone. Phrases like "global player" and "specializes in every aspect" could only appear in an article if they were quotes to a specific person who holds that opinion.
As for establishing notability as it applies to companies, I think you have more work to do. You cannot rely on the works of the company or its employees to establish notability. For that, you need in-depth, independent reporting about the company with the additional hurdle that the news articles are not classified as routine. In addition to agreeing with what jmcgnh said, there are also a couple of minor points:
The Ukrainian capital city should be spelled as Kyiv, per this convention on Ukrainian place names.
In your citation templates like {{cite web}}, any source that is not English should include the language parameter, to indicate the language of the source. For example, a Dutch source should include the parameter |language=nl.
