Hello Marianne. It's good to have someone editing who lives in southern France. I spend almost half the year in l'Hérault and have tried to create articles on the region. You recently made edits to Château d'Entrechaux‎ and Château de Lacoste‎, changing the category Vaucluse to Châteaux in Vaucluse. In normal English use, the word château is applied to French palaces, stately homes, mansions etc and not to a castle (château fort). I have reverted your edits therefore, to avoid confusion. For a better explanation of the differences and the reasonings, see the heading of List of castles in France. Emeraude (talk) 13:45, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

There is a Category:Castles in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, and a category for every région in France. I think there are probably too few castles in Vaucluse for a separate category. Château de Lourmarin was originally a castle, so it should be categorised as a Castles in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur - I have done this. It later became a "stately home", so the château category is also correct. It was not listed with List of castles in France so I have added it there. A tag has been placed on Vinisud, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

To Vanjagenije : many thanks for your message. I contest this speedy deletion. -- Marianne Casamance (talk) 18:54, 1 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The main problem with the article is WP:NOTABILITY. Without reliable sources to prove the notability, it will be regarded as a promotion. See WP:42. Vanjagenije (talk) 19:07, 1 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Just a note to say that I have read the note you left, but I was nonetheless compelled to delete the article. As Vanja said, please read up on notability, and if you try again make sure that the article demonstrates notability, is neutral, and uses reliable sources. Preferably try creating a draft and using the WP:AFC process. Vanamonde (talk) 05:50, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
