Information icon Hello, I'm OrangKalideres. I noticed that you recently removed content from Senegal without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. orangkalideres - talk - contribs 04:37, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

please accept my apologies I didn´t mean to prevent you from editing. MatinkAL (talk) 18:48, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Senegal. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. orangkalideres - talk - contribs 04:45, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Senegal, you may be blocked from editing. Squeakachu (talk) 05:04, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary, as you did at Senegal. - Arjayay (talk) 11:09, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Senegal shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. - Arjayay (talk) 11:09, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I dind´t saw this thank you MatinkAL (talk) 18:38, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]
Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring, as you did at Senegal. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Hammersoft (talk) 17:42, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your editing

[edit]

Part of the reason for your block being site wide rather than just the Senegal article is your behavior towards other editors here, as shown here on your talk page. You can not force someone to not edit an article. They have ever bit as much privilege to edit the article as anyone else does. This is the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit. Further, you ignored multiple warnings on this talk page regarding your behavior, including a two different final warnings. This is not acceptable behavior. If, after you your block expires, your behavior continues, the next block will be considerably longer. You are welcome to edit here, but not with the behavior you have been exhibiting. Please choose wisely. Thank you, --Hammersoft (talk) 17:45, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Well I disn´t forced anyone to not edit an artcle. Its you who is forcing me to not edit an article by blocking me. Are you contradicting yourself? MatinkAL (talk) 17:50, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
You did say "As far as I know you are from Asia so stick to Indonesia and let me edit about my country." [1]. So, yes, you did. I blocked you from editing the article because of your edit warring there. You were pointed to the edit warring policy and chose to ignore it. By that point, three different editors had reverted your attempts at editing the Senegal article. You chose to ignore the warnings and ignore the policy you were pointed to. You were reported to WP:AIV for it [2], and you were blocked. This is pretty simple stuff. If you still think I erred in blocking you, you are welcome to place an unblock request here on your talk page, per the instructions above. Best of luck, --Hammersoft (talk) 18:01, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I understand now however what I was saying is true since I didn´t try to edit the page about Indonesia by spaming it with negative records like it is being done with the Senegal page. Thank you for being polite and explaining me. MatinkAL (talk) 18:05, 7 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
