Girls Aloud discography[edit]

I think you have the Eurochart Hot 100 Singles confused with the Euro 200. The European Hot 100, as it is often referred to, is published by Billboard magazine, which publishes notable and reliable charts such as the Billboard Hot 100. Dt128 let's talk 21:47, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ANI Notice[edit]

Hello, Matthewedwards/Archives/2009. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Netalarmtalk 06:29, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, but a recent edit of yours has an edit summary that appears to be inaccurate or inappropriate. Please use edit summaries that accurately tell other editors what you did, and feel free to use the sandbox for any tests you may want to do. Thank you. There is no need to use an abusive edit summary. Doing so breaks WP:NPA and WP:CIVIL. Mjroots (talk) 06:35, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If I'd have given a damn then, I wouldn't have done it. I still don't. If people don't want to be seen as stupid, they shouldn't be seen doing stupid things. Matthewedwards :  Chat  02:02, 7 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi!, as you recently assessed this article in the previous FL nomination, would it be okay if you could re-assess the second nomination? :). Cheers and many thanks!Marcus Bowen (talk) 15:43, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I'll get to it over the weekend. Matthewedwards :  Chat  18:39, 14 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE:[edit]

1. I have read it, and the video on yourtube falls under copyrighted. Youtube is not generally accepted on wikipedia for that reason. 2. please sign your comments./posts. Alan - talk 02:50, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

you're forgetting the unreliability of social networks (including youtube), the content (in this case, video) can be pulled at anytime, plus the little fact that links to the video's are not exactly encyclopedic, but more advertising or promotion, and makes articles look more like a fansite. There is alot more to the guidelines than the little section you are reading, and i've been through this debate many times over the years here (at one time, I thought linking to youtube, myspace, etc.. was no big deal). Eventually, the lin will jsut be removed by someone else, as they all are eventually. A link to her official website page containing the video would be much more acceptable (or even MTV or VH1)Alan - talk 05:42, 18 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Question[edit]

Hi Matthewdwards,
User:Truthkeeper88 and I have done many copyedits to The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie article, since the last time you've looked.
I'm wondering if you could look at it again, and leave more suggestions on my talk page.
As I'm still trying to get it to FAC.
Thanx!
