Edit to I-57

Just a point of clarification, but the I-57 designation was originally approved for a version of the freeway that became I-43 north of Milwaukee, not I-41. Part of those plans included a freeway upgrade along the WIS 57 corridor in addition the upgrades along then-US 141.
